High School
In the high school functional academics unit students may participate in social skills training, counseling groups and or individual supportive counseling. Parents, caretakers, and legal guardians are an important piece in the home school partnership. Teachers and social workers maintain contact with and provide a resource for parents and families. We look forward to seeing parents at our educational workshops and clinical meetings.Through out the high school program, we emphasis developing peer relationships, problem-solving, and independent living skills which leads to generalization of skills taught during group sessions.
