USJ Lab SchoolReading Time: 1 minute
What began in 1932 as the first liberal arts college for women in north-central Connecticut has evolved into a vibrant educational complex committed to preparing women for insightful leadership. At the Gengras Center, University of Saint Joseph students have a variety of opportunities to embrace our special sense of purpose and accomplishment, and to learn the tools that will serve them well in their own careers. We welcome USJ students into our building to gain experiential knowledge with our diverse populations of students. We skillfully train pre-service teachers in special education, as well as related fields such as:
- Applied Behavioral Analysis
- Social Work
